Advanced Network Scanning Solution

The Document Centre 286 can be upgraded to include a scanning function capable of scanning documents at a rate of 50ipm (monochrome). Its standard duplexing features combined with up to 600dpi x 600dpi resolution also ensure crisp clear images ready for output.

Scan to FTP / SMB

Documents scanned using the DC286 can be directly transferred to a designated directory on an FTP server using FTP protocol. Alternatively, users can also transfer their scanned images directly into the shared folder of any Windows client on the same network using SMB protocol.

Scan to E-mail & File Formats

Scanned documents can also be sent as attachments to any single or multiple nominated e-mail addresses within or outside the organization. These attachments can be saved in a number of industry standard formats including PDF, TIFF, JPEG etc. Larger documents consisting of multiple pages can also be broken down and sent separately.

Light Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

PENDAHULUAN
1.1 Latar Belakang
Dewasa ini, perekonomian negara Indonesia menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang menggembirakan bagi para pelaku usaha dan masyarakat. Tingginya angka inflasi nasional pada bulan April 2008 yang mencapai 4,01% dan di Surabaya yang mencapai 3,07 % dan isu kenaikan maupun kelangkaan harga BBM menjadi bukti adanya kurang kondusifnya kondisi perekonomian negara. Dalam kondisi yang seperti ini, masyarakat semakin terpuruk ketika harga kebutuhan beberapa bahan pokok mengalami peningkatan dan tidak lagi terjangkau yang juga tidak diimbangi dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat.
Bagi para pelaku usaha, kondisi yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mengenai bagaimana daya beli masyarakat di sekitar sehingga bisa memunculkan permintaan dari beberapa penawaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Apabila permintaan meningkat memungkinkan pasar menjadi potensial dan ketika kondisi permintaan menurun menyebabkan kondisi

Yang menjadi segmen dari usaha foto copy adalah semua segmen pasar (umum)

Yang menjadi target market adalah siswas-siswi smp kawung Surabaya pada khususnya dan masyarakat disekitarnya

Kami ingin menciptakan image atau citra perusahaan di benak konsumen sebagai tempat foto copy yang berkualitas dengan harga yang pas.
B. Permintaan
Perkembangan permintaan saat ini
Dewasa ini, kalau kita cermati, permintaan akan foto copy semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kepentingan masyarakat dan meminimalisasi biaya.
C. Penawaran
a. Perkembangan penawaran saat ini
Perkembangan penawaran disektor usaha foto copy pada saat ini memang umum di lingkungan kampus. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena sektor usaha ini sudah dibidik secara serius. Oleh karena itu, agar usaha foto copy menjadi lebih baik maka perlu peningkatan penawaran yang memberikan nilai lebih bagi konsumen dengan cara mendiskon harga dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
b. Prospek penawaran di masa yang akan datang
Mengingat adanya peluang yang besar dalam usaha foto copy pada masa yang akan datang, maka perlu adanya penawaran produk yang memberikan nilai lebih dan manfaat bagi konsumen. Penawaran tersebut akan semakin variatif (lebih banyak produk yang ditawarkan dalam hal ini tidak dimiliki oleh pesaing) maupun lebih kompetitif (dilihat dari kualitas kertas dan hasil copy  harga dalam hal ini tidak terlalu diperhitungkan dikarenakan para pesaing juga melakukan banting harga) maka karena sudah ditunjang dengan perangkat teknologi informasi yang memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi atau sebatas bertukar informasi.

Dalam usaha ini kami memberikan layanan yang memuaskan melalui layanan langsung,pemesanan dan tepat waktu pekerjaan .

Penetapan harga yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan menetapkan harga berdasarkan tingkat keberlangsungan usaha, dimana kami mencari keuntungan yang relative sehingga dapat menjalankan usaha secara kontinyu untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar.

• Sarana yang akan kami gunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha kami adalah dengan memanfatkan : Meja Kursi, Ruang Tunggu, Tempat parkir,
• Sedangkan untuk prasarananya kami menggunakan bangunan seluas

Bahan utama yang digunakan dalam menjalankan usaha foto copy antara lain :

bangunan berdiri diatas tanah seluas 5 X 6 m2 dimana tempat parkir disediakan tanah seluas 5 X 2 m2
f. Jadwal pelaksanaan
Usaha foto copy akan mulai didirikan pada tanggal 1 Mei 2009 sampai tanggal 15 Juli 2008 untuk kegiatan pembangunan gedung, dan kegiatan operasional penjualan mulai lounching dan diperkenalkan ke masyarakat mulai tanggal 01 Agustus 2009.

B. Rencana Pengoperasian Usaha
a. Proses operasi usaha
Proses operasi perusahaan meliputi rencana penjualan, rencana persediaan produk, penjadwalan pegawai dan penggajian, pengawasan kualitas, dan pengawasan biaya penjualan dan pemesanan.
b. Kebutuhan bahan operasi
Kebutuhan bahan operasi foto copy dikelola oleh pimpinan mengenai kebutuhan bahan operasi yang meliputi pendanaan, jumlah produk dan kegiatan pemasaran.
c. Kegiatan perawatan mesin
mesin foto copy yang digunakan mempunyai umur ekonomis selama 4 th.Kegiatan perawatan mesin kami menggunakan tenaga ahli mesin sesuai dengan mesin – mesin yang kami gunakan. Misalnya perawatan mesin copy,perawatan dilakukan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan tenaga ahli dari mitra kerja kami.

A. Kesimpulan
Dari hasil analisis beberapa faktor, ternyata usaha fotocopy mampu memberikan hasil yang baik dan dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan. Mengingat adanya peluang yang besar dalam usaha foto copy pada masa yang akan datang Dewasa ini, kalau kita cermati, permintaan akan foto copy semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kepentingan masyarakat dan meminimalisasi biaya

B. Saran
Dalam menjalankan usaha fotocopy, yang perlu untuk diperhatikan adalah mengenai bagaimana menjaga kualitas hasil fotocopy yang baik.dan menjaga stabilitas stock kertas serta mencari segmen yang tepat.juga menentukan dalam harga pasar.

Kali ini peluang yang akan saya bahas adalah peluang bisnis foto copy. Kebetulan kakak sepupu saya punya teman pengusaha foto copy. Namanya Iliyesman. Unik ya namanya.

Perlu anda ketahui, itu huruf depannya I lho, bukan L. Ntar saya disuruh biayain sukuran kalau ada yang keliru sebutin namanya.

Umurnya juga masih muda. Seumuran anak kuliah. Dan memang anak kuliahan, nyambi jadi pengusaha katanya.

Anda pasti tahu kalau Jogja terkenal sebagai kota pelajar. Kalau menurut saya sih lebih tepat disebut sebagai kota wisata, he..he..he.. Nah, kalau di Jogja ini usaha fotocopy sudah menjamur. Biasalah, banyak pelajar yang malas nyatat.

Hobinya ngopy catatan teman kuliahnya. Apalagi kalau cantik, jadi sambil menyelam minum air. Padahal itu dilarang lho…serius….bukan mahramnya. Ndak percaya? Buktinya saya. Saya waktu jadi mahasiswa juga begitu masalahnya, malas nyatat..ha..ha..ha..

Tapi meskipun demikian, rata-rata usaha toko foto copy ini bisa berjalan cukup lancar lah. Ada yang besar, ada juga yang kecil mungil nylempit di gang kecil. Nah, kalau anda menemukan lokasi yang tepat misalnya berada di dekat sekolah atau universitas, kemungkinan anda bisa menjalankan usaha foto copy.

Namun saran saya, sebelum anda memutuskan untuk membuka usaha fotocopy, cobalah lakukan riset pemasaran kecil-kecilan. Bisa pada saat jam sekolah atau kuliah.

Coba perhatikan seberapa sering mereka melakukan aktifitas foto copy. Setelah itu lihatlah ada berapa tempat foto copy yang ada di sekitar sekolah atau universitas tersebut. Jika tempat foto copy yang sudah ada selalu ramai, itu artinya pasar masih terbuka.

Setelah itu anda bisa tanyakan kepada para konsumen tersebut berapa harga yang mereka harapkan. Anda bisa tanyakan juga apakah kecepatan pelayanan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk memilih sebuah foto copy.

Pertimbangkanlah juga untuk membeli juga mesin press atau laminating jika prospeknya bagus. Jangan lupa juga persiapan modal cadangan dan supplier. Terutama untuk barang yang banyak terpakai atau terjual seperti ATK, kertas, toner (tinta) dan lainnya.

Pastikan Anda mendapatkan supplier yang baik dan pasokan yang cukup. Jangan sampai usaha sudah ramai tapi sering kehabisan stock karena perlu beberapa hari untuk mendapatkan barang. Hal ini bisa membuat konsumen anda nanti lari. Begitulah kira-kira tips yang dipaparkan oleh mas Iliyesman.

Kemudian kalau masalah harga, anda bisa lihat daftar harga di bawah ini. Ini adalah daftar harga foto copy ARTIM, foto copy milik mas Ilyesman tadi.

Jika Anda menemukan lokasi yang berada di dekat sekolah atau universitas, sepertinya cocok sekali jika menjalankan usaha foto copy.Bisnis fotocopy ini masih tetap menjanjikan dan selalu memiliki pasar. Namun sebelum memutuskan usaha tersebut, cobalah melakukan riset kecil-kecilan. Pada saat jam sekolah atau kuliah, coba perhatikan seberapa sering mereka melakukan aktifitas foto copy.

Mulai tahun 1994
Pada awalnya usaha ini didirikan oleh orang tuanya, kurang lebih pada tahun 1994, bertempat di depan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi UGM.

Selain foto copy, produk yang ditawarkan dari foto copy ARTIM ini adalah jilid, laminating, press, dan menjual peralatan tulis lainnya. Keunggulan foto copy ARTIM dari foto copy lainnya adalah dari segi pelayanan. Karyawan ARTIM foto copy berpenampilan menarik, rapi dan ramah.

Menjaga Mutu
Foto copy ARTIM selalu menjaga mutu dari semua jasa yang dia jual kepada konsumen, cepat, tepat, rapi dan memuaskan. Semua faktor itu yang selalu mereka jaga guna untuk memuaskan para konsumen.

Dia harus banting tulang untuk mencari agen kertas yang harganya relatif miring di bandingkan dengan agen kertas yang lainnya.

Hal itu disebabkan karena kebanyakan konsumen yang memakai jasa foto copy ARTIM biasanya para mahasiswa UGM, bahkan tak jarang mahasiswa dari luar UGM juga memakai jasa foto copyan mereka. Hanya instansi maupun masyarakat umum yang pada waktu liburan masih tetap menggunakan jasa fotocopy ARTIM.

Prospek Cerah
Menurut Iliyesman sang empunya ARTIM, usaha ini sangat memiliki prospek cerah untuk jangka waktu yang lama, akan tetapi harus juga mengimbangi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Untuk itu dia berencana akan membuka rental komputer juga di ruko tersebut, dan memanfaatkan mesin foto copy sebagai printernya.

Dia juga mengimbuhkan semua pesaing datang dari semua foto copy yang ada di Yogya, terlebih lagi fotocopy yang buka di sepanjang selokan mataram, bersaing secara sehat, dan dia percaya rezeki orang itu sendiri- sendiri. “Kalo kita mau berusaha dengan giat dan pantang menyerah pastilah Allah SWT akan memberi setimpal dengan apa yang kita usahakan”, kata dia.

Jakarta - Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara pengimpor mesin foto copy tertinggi di dunia dengan nilai impor mencapai triliunan rupiah. Padahal, hingga saat ini belum ada satu pun pabrik mesin foto copy yang berdiri di Indonesia sehingga semua kebutuhan dipenuhi melalui impor baik mesin bekas maupun baru.

Direktur Telematika Direktorat Jenderal Industri Alat Transportasi dan Telematika Departemen Perindustrian Ramon Bangun mengatakan sejak periode Januari-Juni 2009 saja setidaknya sudah ada kurang lebih 15.000 unit mesin foto copy bekas yang diimpor dari total impor mesin foto copy bekas pertahunnya mencapai 25.000-30.000 unit.

"Impor mesin bekas foto copy dari Januari sampai sekarang sudah 15.000 unit sampai, yang mesin baru lebih banyak lagi," katanya di Departemen Perindustrian, Selasa (16/5/2009).

Ia mengaku sampai detik ini belum ada satu pun pabrik mesin foto copy yang berproduksi di Indonesia. Padahal kata dia, pabrik pembuat komponen sudah banyak yang mampu memproduksi di dalam negeri.

Kebutuhan mesin foto copy Indonesia rata-rata per tahunnya bisa mencapai 100.000 unit, baik baru maupun bekas. Dengan variasi harga mulai dari Rp 20 juta sampai miliaran rupiah.

Investor Belum Berani Masuk

Ramon mengatakan saat ini sudah ada perusahaan mesin foto copy yaitu Teco asal Taiwan yang berniat membenamkan investasinya di Indonesia, namun sayangnya hingga sekarang ini belum terealisasi.

"Yang punya teknologi foto copy yang cukup maju itu Jepang, ada investor dari Taiwan, mereka masih mikir, mereka belum berani karena biasanya teknologi Jepang akan lebih cepat mendevelop," jelasnya.

Hal ini sungguh ironis karena di Surabaya saja banyak perusahaan komponen alat foto copy yang mampu menyuplai ke perusahaan-perusahaan rekondisi foto copy bekas impor.

Mesin Fotokopi adalah sebuah barang yang banyak dibutuhkan terutama dalam hal penggandaan dokumen, ketika kebutuhan penggandaan dokumen kita banyak/sering alanglah baiknya jika kita/perusahaan memilikinya. ada beberapa cara dalam pengadaan mesin tersebut, yaitu dengan cara menyewa (rental) atau dengan memilikinya.
Jika kita/ perusahaan memiliki dana cukup akan lebih baik apabila kita menghindari rental, dikarenakan beberapa hal, yaitu;

Lebih mahal, karena bisa jadi biaya rental 1 tahun sama dengan harga 1 unit mesin fotokopi tersebut.
Memiliki ketergantungan yang lebih terhadap teknisi dan supplier, yang menyebabkan biaya perawatan/perbaikan lebih tinggi.
Sampai kapanpun kita menyewa, kita tidak bisa memiliki mesin tersebut.
Biasanya pengetahuan kita terhadap teknisi/supplier lainnya tertutup.

Ada beberapa pertimbangan yang harus diperhatikan sebelum kita membeli mesin fotokopi, yaitu :

KEBUTUHAN
Kebutuhanlah faktor pertama yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembelian sebuah barang. Jangan sampai kita membeli barang menjadi terlalu mahal dikarenakan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang sebenarnya. Mesin fotokopi mempunyai dua fungsi yaitu; sebagai alat usaha (copy service/copy centre) dan untuk keperluan pendukung usaha/perkantoran.
Dibutuhkan spesifikasi teknis tertentu untuk kedua penggunaan yang berbeda tersebut. Mesin fotokopi yang dipakai untuk usaha memerlukan mesin yang mempunyai "duty copy" yang tinggi (bandel), yang biasanya dicirikan oleh speed yang tinggi yaitu minimal 50 cpm (copy per minute), sedangkan yang dibawah 50 cpm biasanya cocok untuk keperluan kantoran atau yang "copy volume"-nya tidak sebanyak copy centre. Kecepatan copy per menit berpengaruh juga terhadap kualitas yang dihasilkan. Kecepatan yang lebih lambat lebih bagus dibandingkan yang cepat, sekalipun sama-sama mempunyai resolusi 600 dpi (dot per inch).

MERK
Ada beberapa pilihan merk yang tersedia khususnya yang beredar di Indonesia. Misalnya Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Toshiba, Sharp, Gestetner dll. Merk biasanya berhubungan dengan Komponen mesin, penyediaan sparepart, pilihan supplier dan kemampuan teknisi. Sangat penting untuk mengetahui merk apa yang paling banyak dipakai orang lain. Hal tersebut bisa mengindikasikan pada:

Biaya operasional yang murah.
Ketersediaan sparepart yang banyak (tidak indent).
Banyak pilihan teknisi yang menguasai mesin merk tersebut.
Banyak supplier yang bersaing.
Harga sparepart dan toner bersaing (murah).

Perlu untuk diketahui bahwa yang banyak dipakai di Indonesia adalah mesin fotokopi merk Canon. Mesin Canon mempunyai keunggulan dalam hal biaya operasional yang murah hal tersebut mengakibatkan 95 % copy service/copy centre menggunakan mesin fotokopi merk Canon.

MESIN
Ada 2 (dua) jenis mesin yang dijual di Indonesia, yaitu; mesin baru dan mesin rekondisi (eks luar, biasanya dari AS atau Eropa, di "over houle", kemudian dikemas seperti baru). Perbedaan yang paling mencolok tentunya dalam hal harga. Harga mesin rekondisi biasanya hanya mencapai 10 % nya! dari harga baru type tersebut. Karena harga yang terpaut jauh tersebut mengakibatkan bisnis fotokopi (layanan penggandaan dokumen) bisa hidup dan berkembang di Indonesia.

SUPPLIER/PENJUAL
Supplier mesin baru biasanya adalah dealer atau perwakilan yang ditunjuk untuk menjual atau mendistribusikan mesin tersebut oleh distributor resminya. Konsumen mungkin akan lebih nyaman apabila membeli dari perusahaan tersebut dikarenakan mendapat barang dan garansi resmi sekalipun harga yang dibayar jauh lebih mahal.
Bagi supplier/penjual barang rekondisi sangat banyak pilihannya, mulai dari Importir langsung, dealer, agen, bahkan dari teknisi (perorangan). Perlu diketahui bahwa di Indonesia ada 7 (tujuh) perusahaan importir yang mengimpor mesin fotokopi eks luar kemudian menjualnya secara langsung baik kepada dealer/agen atau perorangan.
Ada beberapa petunjuk yang harus diperhatikan sebelum memilih supplier/penjual, yaitu :

Pilih perusahaan yang sudah lama menggeluti usahanya. Hal ini menunjukan penjual tersebut berpengalaman dan sudah mempunyai sistem kerja yang baik sehingga bisa bertahan dalam usahanya.
Harga. Meskipun yang kita beli barang bekas sehingga tidak mungkin kondisi barangnya sama, kita harus jeli membandingkan harga barang dengan kualitas yang didapat. Jangan mudah tergiur dengan harga yang murah karena bisa jadi kualitas mesinnya kurang bagus sehingga bisa berakibat pada biaya operasional yang tinggi karena mesin tersebut rewel. Sebaiknya kita cek harga ke beberapa supplier/penjual untuk mengetahui berapa harga pasaran yang pas. Hindari membeli barang yang harganya terlalu murah atau terlalu mahal.
Garansi. Garansi sangat diperlukan baik bagi pemula maupun bagi yang sudah menguasai mesin. Para penjual mesin rekondisi biasanya mempunyai standar garansi masing-masing, begitu pula lama garansinya ada yang 1 tahun, 6 bulan, 3 bulan, bahkan "garansi bantu" (dibantu apabila ada masalah tanpa melakukan cek rutin). Lamanya masa garansi ternyata bukan jaminan didunia mesin rekondisi. Yang terpenting adalah konsistensi teknisi dalam hal melakukan cek rutin dan penyediaan sparepartnya.

TEMPAT PALING STRATEGIS DAN PASTI LARIS UNTUK USAHA FOTO COPY

Didalam bidang usaha apapun, terkadang faktor lokasi/tempat usaha bisa berperan sangat penting bagi kemajuan/keberlangsungan usaha tersebut. Bidang usaha fotokopi merupakan sebuah bidang usaha yang betul-betul memerlukan analisa khusus tentang lokasi. Bisnis fotokopi adalah bisnis "recehan"!, dengan hanya Rp. 100,- perlembar, benar-benar memerlukan perhitungan yang matang. Dengan kondisi tersebut jasa fotokopi (layanan penggandaan dokumen) berperan sebagai "pemancing" konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi lainnya yang berpotensi mendatangkan keuntungan yang lebih besar, seperti, laminating, jilid, ATK (alat tulis Kantor), dll.
Kalau kita akan/sudah menjalankan bisnis fotokopi, di manakah lokasi usaha anda berada?, barang-barang apakah yang bisa menjadi pendorong bagi usaha anda?, setidaknya ada 3 (tiga) kategori/spesifikasi tempat/usaha fotokopi (copycentre/copy service), yaitu :

KAMPUS
Banyak usaha fotokopi yang berlokasi di sekitar kampus (perguruan tinggi), bahkan dibeberapa kota, lokasi antara satu copy centre dengan yang lainnya saling berhimpitan, dengan kondisi semua tempat usaha tersebut "hidup" alias rame. Bagaimana hal tersebut bisa terjadi?
Belanja fotokopi para mahasiswa kita memang terbilang banyak. Mereka memerlukannya untuk penggandaan buku teks, catatan kuliah, skripsi, tugas, dan bahkan contekan! (mesin fotokopi bisa digunakan untuk memperkecil dokumen hingga 25 %). Tapi selain itu, lingkungan kampus memerlukan jasa penjilidan yang cukup besar. Dari segi penjilidan ini pihak pengusaha fotokopi memperoleh keuntungan yang besar. Satu Jasa penjilidan hard cover (skripsi) misalnya dijual Rp. 12.500,-, dengan modal hanya sekitar Rp. 6000,- (bandingkan dengan fotokopi 1 lembar Rp. 100,- dengan modal Rp. 65,- per lembar).

Jasa layanan penjilidan ini, apapun bentuknya memberi keuntungan yang besar (seperti di contohkan diatas). Untuk lokasi disekitar kampus cukup disediakan salah satu mesin jilid ring (plastik/kawat), biasanya cukup yang murah saja (ring Plastik). Kemudian tidak perlu banyak menyediakan ATK, cukup yang tertentu saja seperti; alat tulis, CD, loose leaf dan lainnya.

PERKANTORAN
Seperti halnya sekitar kampus, daerah perkantoran pun mempunyai segmen pasar yang berbeda yang menyebabkan kebutuhannya pun berbeda pula. Daerah Perkantoran memerlukan jasa penjilidan, meskipun tidak selengkap di daerah Kampus. Cukup disediakan mesin jilid ring baik yang plastik maupun yang kawat (dua-duanya sangat bagus), plus mesin laminating. daerah perkantoran jarang memerlukan jasa penjilidan hard cover, paling juga jilid langsung atau soft cover.
Untuk daerah perkantoran diperlukan penyediaan khusus dalam bidang ATKnya. Diperlukan penyediaan dalam jumlah yang besar mengingat mereka biasanya belanja ATK dilakukan sekaligus, bisa per bulan, per tiga bulan atau per semester. Jenis ATK yang disediakan harus jenis yang banyak diperlukan oleh kantoran seperti; kertas (HVS A4-F4-A3, kertas warna, kertas kado) , alat tulis (ballpoint, pensil, spidol, serutan, tip-ex, dll), map berbagai jenis, binding/binder, materai, peralatan kerja (gunting, lem, stapler dan isinya, kalkulator, pelubang kertas, penggaris, steroform, cutter, dll).

SEKOLAH dan PEMUKIMAN
Sebagaimana dengan daerah Kampus dan perkantoran, daerah sekolah (SD, SMP, SMU) dan pemukiman mempunyai karakteristik tertentu pula. Untuk daerah tersebut, jasa layanan fotokopinya tidak sebesar lokasi lain. Jasa fotokopi yang disediakan benar-benar berfungsi sebagai penarik/daya pikat kepada konsumen. Daerah sekitar sekolah biasanya berdekatan dengan pemukiman biasa. Mempunyai pangsa pasar anak sekolahan dan umum memerlukan segala macam pendekatan yang diperlukan untuk menarik konsumen. Sering kita melihat sebuah tempat fotokopi, selain menyediakan layanan penggandaan dokumen juga berperan sebagai wartel, penjual makanan ringan, penjual HP danvoucher, bahkan sebagai warung. Hal tersebut dilakukan mengingat jasa layanan fotokopi (termasuk ATK dan penjilidan) kurang mempunyai pasar/konsumen,

COPY CENTRE/COPY SERVICE
Dari pembahasan tersebut diatas, dapat kita bedakan usaha fotokopi menjadi 2 (dua) jenis yaitu Copy Centre dan Copy Service.
Copy centre, biasanya terletak di sekitar Kampus dan Perkantoran dengan copy volume yang banyak (rata-rata bisa mencapai 1000 rim kertas perbulan).

Our Searchable PDF feature uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to turn any scanned document into a searchable one.
